Follow-up visits $75/hour
The initial consultation will determine your dominant dosha or constitution, your tendencies or imbalance, and begin a lifestyle plan to bring you more into balance with your dosha. Follow-up visits include: daily routines and practices, guidelines for healthy eating, meditation, yoga, and any five sense therapies. It is recommended that a patient come once every two weeks for eight weeks, then seasonally or as needed.
Private session $75/hour
Pilates and Yoga are both forms of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates and Yoga strengthen and stabilize the core, building a strong foundation so that you can move efficiently and enjoy your life. Two to three sessions a week is recommended for best results.
Outdoor session $250/hour
Outdoor session $125/30 minutes
Session includes 25-50 high resolution images delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox within 24 hours.
