Welcome to the Practice Member Portal!

This portal is designed to help you get more out of your care by providing information and resources that will help you orient to the practice, learn about your body, and further your results.

Here's a quick guide to the top FOUR things you can do:

1. Learn more about your body and the way our care supports your own inner healing by watching the Understanding Care videos.

2. When you come for your appointment, take the time to relax and connect with your body. An excellent way to do so is to practice the Finding Your Breath technique while you're waiting for your session.

3. Accelerate your progress with Bioenergetic Balancing

4. Address lingering issues or other underlying health concerns through 1-on-1 Functional Wellness Consulting with Brooke.

5. Visit our Stability and Mobility videos to further your progress!

Below, you'll find a quick Re-Orientation for your regular visits, an outline of your Phases of Care, and an FAQ section.

Re-Orientation

When you arrive for your regular appointments,

-Take off your shoes and place them on the rack. If you're wearing a coat, it can be hung up in the coat closet between the shoe rack and the door.

-Have a seat in the waiting room. Please refrain from waiting on the shoe couch so that others can use it to take off or put on their shoes.

-When it's your turn, you'll be directed to go into one of our two adjusting rooms - the big room with two tables, or the small room with one.

-Once you're in the room, the best thing to do is to lay down and begin checking in with your body and relaxing. Utilizing the "Finding your Breath" method on the Self-Care page is a great way to do so. Please refrain from being on your phone while  you're waiting for Dr. Dan - our goal is for your body to be relaxed!

-The beginning of your appointment is the best time to ask questions or provide updates that are pertinent to your care. You will have an opportunity for more in-depth discussions at your 6 week check-in and progress exam follow-up visits.

-If you have any business to tend to with the team at the front desk, it's best to do so after your appointment. If you're early or we are backed up, feel free to take care of it on the front end!

-If you're ever unsure about anything, JUST ASK!

Phases of Care

Phase 1 - Unwind: The goal of the Unwind phase is to help your spine and nervous system release harmful tension that has been keeping you from healing and functioning properly.

Phase 2 - Upgrade:  Staying consistent with your adjustments during the Upgrade phase allows your brain and body time to regenerate and build new connections, making your improvements more sustainable.

Phase 3 - Adapt: Choosing to continue care into the Adapt phase as part of your lifestyle is the best way to keep what you’ve gained, all so that you can reclaim your joy in life

FAQ's

ow long does a typical appointment take?
We know your time is valuable, so we'll do our best to have you free to go within 15-20 minutes when you're here for an adjustment, or 45 minutes for a craniosacral session. An actual adjustment takes between 3-5 minutes, while a craniosacral session takes approximately 30 minutes. If you're in a hurry when you arrive, please let us know.

Why are the adjustments “so short”?
When it comes to the time you spend on the table, brevity is actually a GOOD THING! While each visit may vary by a few minutes in length and number of contact points used, having a “short” visit ultimately indicates that your body is adapting well to the stress in your life. A fast adjustment is something to celebrate, and several in a row can indicate that it might be time for you to drop down in frequency earlier than expected!

When can I ask Dr. Dan or Christian my questions?
The beginning of your visit is the best time to ask questions, bring up any news, or share any insights related to your progress or care plan.

You will have extended opportunities for questions and conversations regarding your care at your 6-week check-in and your 3 and 6 month progress follow-ups. Once you reach Lifestyle care, progress exams will occur a minimum of once per year.

If you need to have an additional 1:1 conversation with either Dr. Dan or Christian, please let the front desk team know so that they can schedule a time for that to take place. Otherwise, it's important to keep personal conversation to a minimum so that we can honor everybody's time by running as close to on-schedule as possible.

What’s going to happen at the end of my 3 or 6 month plan?
Near the end of a 3-month care plan, you are exiting your intensive care phase.

A progress exam will be scheduled to allow for a quantitative assessment of posture. After the progress exam is completed, you will discuss your progress and move on the next 3 months of care.

Do you offer discounts for additional family members?
We offer an "open enrollment" period during the two weeks following an Initial Visit, during which, additional family members can schedule an exam and follow-up visit at zero cost.

Additionally, we offer discounts on care plans for subsequent family members that sign up

What is structured water?
In short, it's a form of water that is more easily absorbed by our cells and better hydrating than what comes out of a bottle or the tap. This is achieved by subjecting the water to both motion and healthy frequencies. Out in nature, flowing water is always structured, and can even be thought of as "living" water, in comparison to bottled or tap water.  These “living” water molecules hold a different electrical charge that makes it easier for them to pass into your cells. While you're in the office, drink up!
