Dan Continenza, DCMy greatest passion as a chiropractor is to help others to find a deeper sense of trust in their own potential for healing. I get so excited watching our practice members start to experience more freedom in their lives as their pain and symptoms fall away and their world begins to change for the better. I had my first chiropractic adjustment at the age of fifteen when a soccer injury left me immobile. While nothing else seemed to be working, chiropractic had me back on the field in just a few weeks. By the age of twenty-four, the year I enrolled in chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, GA, I found myself riddled with chronic fatigue, digestive problems, sleep loss, depression, anxiety and a host of other issues. Despite having been doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle for several years, something was missing. During my time as a chiropractic student, I was swept away by the science, artistry and philosophy behind this amazing approach to healing. As I began studying, practicing and receiving chiropractic care with new eyes, and truly believing in the intelligence of the human body and mind, everything changed. Thanks to neurologically based chiropractic care, my health has been improving ever since.

Christian Continenza, CSTI have always longed to help others find their own personal empowerment and live abundant, healthy lives. Nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing someone truly heal on all levels- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My personal health journey began in my early 20s when I experienced craniosacral and chiropractic care for the first time. I’ve always known that I wanted to be of service to others, and had plans to attend massage school from an early age. When I started receiving this style of gentle care on a consistent basis, it transformed my life and reaffirmed my decision to help others find true healing in their lives. I went from feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed and emotionally distraught to feeling a deep sense of wholeness and harmony. My passion grew as I learned more about the intricacy of the body during my time in massage school, and still more as I furthered my education as a craniosacral therapist. As my own health continued to soar to new heights, it became apparent to me that craniosacral care was the perfect avenue through which I could help others achieve their health and life goals. I am continually in awe of the body’s ability to self-heal and the amazing potential that resides within each and every one of us!

Lauren Maji, Wellness CoordinatorWhen I first came to Tone of Life, I was simply looking for a job. Ideas of “getting healthier”, “taking care of myself” and “wellness” were hanging out in the back of my mind, but my lack of health was just one more thing to “deal with”, and that was just how I’d always lived my life.
What I found with Tone of Life was a way of life, rather than a fleeting thought of “better”. I have learned so much from Dr. Dan, Christian, and all of the practice members who walk through our doors. I’m starting to live under the knowledge that change starts with the intelligence of the body, and we must put ourselves first, rather than at the bottom of our never-ending to-do list. I’ve started where you’re starting, and I’m walking right along with you in this ever-evolving pursuit of wholeness. |
Brooke Wright, Functional Wellness Consultant
I started investigating my own health after my father passed away from cancer. I dove into learning about toxins, organic foods, and holistic health care. My experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory opened my eyes to the harmful chemicals used in western medicine. As my passions for chemistry and healthy living merged, I began to pursue other career avenues. I was introduced to chiropractic care a few years ago and saw how the alignment of the nervous system paired with non-toxic living transformed my body. Tone of Life has provided the opportunity to leave behind my mundane job to pursue a career that truly brings joy! I have a Chemistry Degree from John Carroll University and a certificate from the Wellness Way Academy. This unique training allows me to recommend individualized laboratory testing and create care plans based on the lab results using herbs and supplementation. My goal is to target sources of inflammation that cause a disruption in the body's ability to function optimally.
